THE NEW CENTER; by mere proximity to the upcoming renovation of the Mall and the UA92 project a lot of change is already happening in the area. From interviews I carried out on the day of the engagement event, it was clear people were misinformed of the details of these projects and some felt left out.

Therefore, I propose a farmers market and food court complex. from the feedback it was very clear there was a lack of places to eat. The new farmers market will appeal to people hesitant to change as markets form part of Stretfords iconic past.. It was give local business owners a chance to progress and empower the community. Also underground motor ways will help solve the problem of road safety and noise.
