The kitchen can be viewed as the connecting factor between the farmers market and the restaurant space. This is because the fresh produce collected from the market has to be cooked before it can be served in the restaurant

My building has three different levels and is wheel chair accessible between all of them. The ramp at the back is its own self-supporting structure independent of the building, this helps it double an escape ramp in the case of an emergency
